    Eastport a Rockin'- June 21

Between 3 stages and 27 bands, Eastport a Rockin' provides a full day of entertainment featuring the best local music from the Annapolis area. National acts such as Jimmy's Chicken Shack and Good Charlotte have taken advantage of this celebration in the past, which begs the question: which of this year's 27 bands is on their way to widespread recognition?

Eastport a Rockin' should be one of the highlights of the summer season. Really, what's not to like about a music festival, anyway? Grab a BBQ sandwhich and listen to some old-timey blues, or buy a gyro and get funky. The music, food, and vendors promise to span a wide variety of genres. You should do the same.

Also on June 21, The Whiskey, 1803 West Street, is holding their own music festival, Whiskey Fest. They've scheduled a bus to shuttle ambitious festival goers to Eastport a Rockin' as well. Enjoy a two festivals and as many drinks as you'd like.
