Junior League of Annapolis: "Talk of the Town"
Political power couple James Carville and Mary Matalin took center stage at "Talk of the Town," presented by the Junior League of Annapolis on November 14. Entertaining a capacity crowd at Loews Annapolis Hotel, Carville and Matalin traded witticisms and expounded on the U.S. after 9/11, terrorism, the presidential primary, and queries from the audience.

Annapolis Opera: 30th Anniversary Gala Benefit
It was a grand night for opera on November 8, when Annapolis Opera celebrated its 30th Anniversary with a gala benefit at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts. Supporters raised thousands of dollars for the organization's performance and educational activities.

Severn Town Club's 40th Annual Holly Ball
"Babes In Toyland" was the theme for Severn Town Club's 40th Annual Holly Ball, held December 6 at the Sheraton Barcelo. More than 300 guests in their black-tie best attended the holiday gala, with proceeds going to Hospice of the Chesapeake and Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts.
