Yellowfin quickly developed at a hotspot for happy hour sunset—due, in part, to the chic atmosphere and half-price appetizers—and won Best of Annapolis 2006 for Best Happy Hour Specials. With a majestic view of the South River and lush forests of Edgewater and Davidsonville, you’d be hard pressed to enjoy half priced appetizers and drink specials anywhere else. Fresh fish and seafood selections are uniquely prepared with contemporary fusion flare. Steaks, chicken, lamb, and rich desserts are also stars at the diner table. Cool off this summer with a German beer in the Biergarten at the Old Stein Inn. The chef has switched to a lighter fare for the season, though all the traditional favorites are still available, like their popular Jägerschnitzel. Featuring outdoor dining on the upstairs deck, Riverview Inn (formerly Topside Inn) offers a full view of the West River inlet and Chesapeake Bay. Though Riverview doesn’t offer docking, there are boat slips located across the street from the restaurant. For dinner, patrons love the Danish shrimp appetizer and crab and penne sunrise for an entrée. They also offer certified Angus beef steak, fresh seafood, and homemade pasta. The restaurant was completely renovated and caters to handicapped individuals, children, and vegetarians. Mon.-Fri. 4 p.m.-2 a.m., Sat. & Sun. 11 a.m.-2 a.m.
