O'Loughlin's is the kind of convivial local pub that every neighborhood should have. Arnold's own version of "Cheers," it's a magnet for families, sports fans and friends, with two dining rooms and a welcoming bar -t he kind of place where you're sure to run into someone you know. Weekdays or weekends, Broadneck residents stop by for lunch, dinner, a bite or a brew.

Although there's an Irish theme evident in the framed photos on the walls, the menu is All-American. Generously-sized appetizers are large enough to share (the quesadillas are a dinner in themselves), and the hefty selection of sandwiches, salads and entrées offers options for everyone.

If you're a wings fan, reserve a Monday to try them (all wings half off) or chicken in any style ($7.34). Word on the street is that these tangy morsels are worthy competitors for anything Buffalo has to offer. Tuesday is Steak Night, with sizzling New York strips for just $13.99 (and Natty Bohs for $1.50). There are several other daily deals worth catching, including the Sunday night ribs special ($13.99).
