  • Best of Annapolis: A Blast!

Celebrating the four-star line-up of winners from the What's Up? Annapolis Best of Annapolis issue, more than 500 party-goers shared the love at Loews Annapolis Hotel during a "Best Bash" on June 30. As Polaroid "Paparazzi" snapped photos at the door, guests sampled fabulous finger food and danced to the sounds of The Jarflys, Rob Levit and Dan Haas. The warm vibes continued as "Best of Annapolis 2004" citations were awarded by Mayor Ellen Moyer to local restaurants, shops and entertainment.
