Favorite moment/wedding highlight: “We stayed at the bed-and-breakfast at the River Plantation with our parents and siblings for the wedding weekend,” says Tracy. “John and I had planned on keeping tradition and not seeing each other until the ceremony. But once breakfast was served the morning of the wedding we knew it wouldn’t be like us not to share a special moment before our day started. We enjoyed a quiet breakfast together and then took a quick walk. That morning really set the tone of the day and calmed us down a lot. Sharing those few special minutes allowed us to relax and take in the day. Seeing him that morning did not take anything away [from] the moment I locked eyes with him as I walked down the aisle. It was the most romantic start and finish to the anticipation that had built up over the past six years of our relationship.”
