The debut took place at the local Land Rover Annapolis dealer and was a great success. Those who attended indulged in gourmet food, live music, wine tasting, and of course the presentation of the all-new Evoque.
The debut event took off quickly, with crowds moving swiftly through the gourmet food line and sipping on different wines provided by Harry Browne's. Attendees were also able to taste-test the new Sloop Betty wheat vodka, hand-crafted by Blackwater Distilling, located right across the bay idge in Stevensville, Maryland.
After about an hour of eating prosciutto-wrapped melon and “slooping Betty”, it was finally time to reveal what we all came to see, the new Evoque. A ief introduction and the covers flew off! Three different models of the Evoque stood exposed for the first time to the public, including the Pure, Prestige, and Dynamic models. Varying in features, all three models still share the same design, luxury, performance, and efficiency that make the Evoque one-of-a-kind.
Spectators quickly jumped in, taking the wheel and exploring the interior. Some examined the 19-inch alloy wheels while others listened to the 825-watt Meridian audio system through 17 speakers. You could hear snippets of chatter around you, people trying to figure out if their dogs would fit in the car or discussing that it’s time to trade in the old Rover and upgrade to the Evoque.
Everyone in attendance was truly impressed by the new 2012 Range Rover Evoque and had a wonderful time at this red-carpet debut event. Are you considering a new Evoque for your next car?
