Brian Petzold grew up in Talbot County. His family lived abroad, and his travels have given him an appreciation of how idyllic and special this area truly is. Being a full-time agent since 2000, combined with his local knowledge and network of homeowners, he offers his clients and customers experience and dedication whether buying or selling a home. It is gratifying to share his appreciation and knowledge of the area, boating, home construction, and common problems related to home ownership.
Brian is a graduate of Providence College in Rhode Island. Go Friars! Over the years he has been involved in many different organizations and volunteer groups within the community such as Director of the Mental Health Association in Talbot County and is a current member of the Mid Shore Board of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee. He enjoys exploring the more than 600 miles of tidal coastline in the county (the most of any county in the US) and the multitude of local ice cream shops with his family- wife Katharine, daughters Ruby and Elena, and son Arthur.
