Dr. Marc Weber, Jr. is dedicated to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where patients can gain confidence in their smiles. Committed to staying at the forefront of his field, he actively participates in the Spear Study Club, collaborating with other providers in his community to deliver comprehensive, interdisciplinary care. Guided by a deep passion for service, Dr. Weber co-founded a global outreach program that provides oral hygiene education and preventive care to at-risk communities around the world. He brought his compassion and expertise to Family Orthodontics of Annapolis earlier this year and is thrilled to serve the community that he has proudly called home for more than ten years.
What inspired you to pursue a career in dentistry?
I studied media production at UNC-Chapel Hill and am passionate about directing and storytelling. After moving to Los Angeles, I realized that I wanted to make a more personal impact. Dentistry offered the same creativity and artistry while transforming lives. Inspired by my mother, who is a dentist, I found my purpose in creating confident, beautiful smiles.
What is your favorite part of your career?
I enjoy being part of my patients’ treatment journeys. Watching them transform—not just physically but emotionally—is incredibly rewarding. As their smiles change, I often see a new sense of confidence emerge. To play even a small role in that transformation makes my work so meaningful and fulfilling.
