What is the foundation of your customized marketing plan?
My marketing plan begins with asking about the client’s needs and then, together, we create a narrative about the home and the lifestyle. I see each home as different. A home may be competitive, but homes are not comparable.
What negotiation strategy have you found successful?
I am dedicated to my clients’ overall interests and financial interests. I create a high level of collaboration and cooperation, while focusing on how to get the best outcomes and biggest wins for my clients.
