Kelly assumed the challenge of leading the SPCA of Anne Arundel County in 2012, after a successful career in modeling and interior design. In pursuit of her passion for animal welfare, Kelly transformed the organization, converting it to “no-kill” status. She introduced programs including a pet food bank, affordable spay/neuter services, low-cost vaccine clinics, and an innovative adoption center at Annapolis Mall. She has spearheaded the development of a new, state-of-the-art adoption pavilion at the organization’s Bay Ridge location. Widely recognized as a passionate, committed leader, she is changing the lives of animals in our community and their future families.
