One of the most popular attractions at this Saturday's Queen Anne's County Fair was undoubtedly the rodeo. I hadn't been to a rodeo since visiting my grandfather in Texas in, oh, say 1996. Needless to say I'm an expert.

It had everything you'd expect. Or, if you're like me, everything you vaguely associate with rodeos but kind of assume is just the product of children's books and spicy food dreams. But, there they were: bull-riders, a grumpy clown with a t-shirt launcher, and a woman galloping around the ring with an American flag during the playing of the national anthem. And small children clinging to running sheep.

But I know sheep riding isn't the sport most of you follow. At this time of year, that's probably football. And in case any of you are hoping to catch a home game this season, I've compiled a list for you.

Since there are no Annapolis or Eastern Shore-grounded football teams, this is pretty much based on what flags I see flying outside of houses and what decorations grocery stores seem to sell. Let me extend my apologies to any relocated Broncos fans or those who happen to have a weird love of the Raiders despite having never lived anywhere near Oakland (cough, cough husband of food and weddings editor, Kelsey).
