I admit I am not a Major League Baseball fan. I go to the games, but it's mostly for the peanuts, the conversation, and the beer. However, I do enjoy watching the minor league games at Prince George's Stadium. You can actually see the players, you don't have to walk a mile to get to your car and you get to see Louie and Bristles, the amazing walking tooth ush. You might even get asked to go down on the field to play a game of sumo wrestling.

The first game of the season is going to be tomorrow night at 7:05. Attend and you'll be one of the first to meet the 2011 Bowie Baysox team. You'll also get a chance to sport that pink outfit you've been saving for a special occasion. That's because it's also a benefit for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Can't make it on Thursday? Friday night is outdoorsman night. You'll get a half-price ticket with a hunting license or duck stamp. My personal favorite for the weekend though is Saturday's Betty White Tribute Night, complete with fireworks.
