Fall is officially here! Pick the perfect pumpkin, get lost in a corn maze, and enjoy other fall activities with the whole family at one of these Maryland farms:
Homestead Gardens Fall Fest, Davidsonville Meet barnyard animals and enjoy a jumping pillow, pipe slide, hay rides, pony rides, and a two-acre corn maze. Don’t forget to try the famous Homestead apple cider doughnut! Dates: Saturdays and Sundays through October 27th Hours: 11 a.m.–6 p.m. (Sat.); 11 a.m.–5 p.m. (Sun.) Admission: $12 per person, free for children under three Greenstreet Gardens Fall Festival, Lothian Bounce on the jumping pillow, journey through the corn maze, and enjoy hay rides, a tire tower, an underground slide, and more. Dates: Saturdays and Sundays through October 27th Hours: 10:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Admission: $13 for general admission, $11 for military and seniors 65+, free for children under two Knightongale Farm Fall Fest, Harwood Grab a wagon and pick your own pumpkin in the pumpkin patch, pet barnyard animals, and enjoy games and activities, including pedal tractors, a corn maze, pin the tail on the pony, swings, a straw bale playground, and more. Dates: Saturdays and Sundays through October 27th Hours: 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Admission: $5 per person, free for children under two. Additional paid activities including hay rides, corn maze, face painting, pony rides, and moon bounce range from $3–6 Maryland Sunrise Farm, Gambrills Maryland Sunrise Farm’s 2019 corn maze theme is “Harry Potter at Hogwarts.” Choose from three games and two phases to travel through the eight-acre maze. Afterwards, visit the farm yard and make your own butter, buy your pumpkins, and enjoy activities for the whole family. Dates: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through November 3rd Hours: Hours vary Admission: $12 per person, free for children two and under Councell Farms, Cordova Councell Farms’ Pumpkin Patch and Field of Fun features a corn maze, jumping pillow, combine slide, a pumpkin patch, and more. Dates: Daily through October 27th Hours: 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Admission: $5 per person, free for children under two Breckenridge Corn Maze Adventure, Vienna Explore Breckenridge’s nine-acre corn maze, pick and paint a pumpkin, and purchase fresh and local produce. Kids can enjoy the children’s play area, featuring duck races, pedal carts, a sand pit, and more. Dates: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through November 3rd Hours: 6 p.m.–9 p.m. (Fri. in Oct.); 10 a.m.–5 p.m. (Sat.); 11 a.m.–4 p.m. (Sun.)
