The Severn Town Club invites you to the 54th annual HOLLY BALL on Friday, December 1 at the Westin Annapolis Hotel from 6-11 p.m. This year’s theme, “A Place for Hope!” honors our major beneficiary, Wellness House of Annapolis. Additional funds raised will be distribute to other local organizations.

ABOUT SEVERN TOWN CLUB
The Severn Town Club is a women’s organization, founded in 1937, whose members are a diverse group of women who are homemakers, professional and businesswomen living in Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. The Severn Town Club (STC) has been affiliated since 1946 with the Maryland Federation of Women's Clubs (MFWC) and the General Federation of Women's Clubs, Inc. (GFWC), the largest organization of women in the world.
The object of the Club is to promote common interests, inform and develop its members, and to promote the welfare of the community of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County through volunteer service and fundraising projects.
This year, STC is cele ating the 54th Anniversary of our Holly Ball with THE WELLNESS HOUSE OF ANNAPOLIS as our major recipient. As a result of your support to our Holly Balls during the past 54 years, more than $1.2 million (today's estimated $ value) has been contributed to a vast range of community charities, non-profits, scholarships, and projects. These include the Boys & Girls Clubs of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, Anne Arundel Medical Center (Breast Center, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Clatanoff Pavilion, Capital Fund), Maryland Hall Capital Campaign, Maryland Hall special programs and organizations (Ballet Theatre of MD, Art Fest, Opera, Symphony, etc.), Hospice of the Chesapeake, Hospice Cup, Lighthouse Shelter, AAC Food Bank, Wellness House, AAC Li ary Foundation, Scholarship for Scholars, AAC Community College (Foundation & Doris Troutman Scholarship), YWCA (Arden House), GFWC Youth Art, HOBY Leadership scholarships, Anne Arundel General Hospital Oncology Center, Chesapeake Youth Symphony, Children's Chorus, MD Therapeutic Riding, Food Link, Survivors Offering Support, Assistance League, Children's Theatre of Annapolis, Creating Communities, Anne Arundel Conflict Resolution, Marines Helping Marines, World Artists, and other local non-profits. The club meets monthly, September through May, on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Daytime and evening meetings begin with time for socializing and feature speakers of interest in areas of the arts, conservation, home life, education and international affairs.
