LeAnn Rimes: Ocean City Inlet, Ocean City, May 3rd
LeAnn Rimes first gained popularity at the age of 13, when her rendition of Bill Mack’s “Blue” landed on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and gained her comparison to Patsy Cline. Since then, Rimes has won two Grammy awards, two ACM awards, and has sold over 37 million records worldwide. LeAnn Rimes will be performing at the Ocean City Inlet as part of Ocean City’s Springfest on Friday, May 3rd. Tickets vary in price and can be purchased here.
Keller Williams: Rams Head on Stage, Annapolis, May 16th
Singer-songwriter Keller Williams has gained a reputation for his engaging and unpredictable live performances, which highlight his improvisational abilities and artistic range. Drawing from a variety of musical styles, Williams delivers a unique and genre-defying sound. Keller Williams will bring his signature solo looping show to Rams Head on Stage on Thursday, May 17th, 8 p.m. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased here.
Greta Van Fleet: Merriweather Post Pavilion, Columbia, May 19th & MECU Pavilion, Baltimore, May 21st
Though Greta Van Fleet is a modern rock band, the Michigan-based group has gained enormous popularity for its nostalgic classic rock sound. In October 2018, the band released their debut album, Anthem of the Peaceful Army, which topped the Billboard Rock Album and the Billboard Top Album sales charts the week of release. Greta Van Fleet will be performing at Merriweather Post Pavilion on Sunday, May 19th and MECU Pavilion on Tuesday, May 21st. The Wailers: Avalon Theatre, Easton, May 25th
Thirty-eight years after his death, Bob Marley’s band, The Wailers, continue to honor his dying request that the band keep the music alive. Though the lineup has changed a bit since 1981, the band continues to play their hits to sold-out crowds worldwide. The Wailers will be performing at the Avalon Theatre on Saturday, May 25th, 8 p.m. Tickets are $45 and can be purchased here.
The Temptations: Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, Annapolis, May 26th
The Temptations are considered one of Motown’s greatest vocal groups, earning 44 Billboard Top 10 Hits over the course of their career. Known for hits such as “My Girl,” “Ain’t Too Proud To Beg,” and “Papa Was A Rollin’ Stone,” The Temptations have been entertaining audiences with their soulful classics for over five decades. The Temptations will be performing at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts on Sunday, May 26th, 8 p.m. Tickets begin at $65 and can be purchased here.
