Keenan Reynolds helped keep the Midshipmen perfect at home by running for four touchdowns and tossing another in Navy's 42-28 victory over the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors. Reynolds ignited the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium crowd by improving his rushing touchdown total on the season to 18 and his passing touchdown total to six.
He tallied 28 carries for 226 yards, including a 67-yard score in the fourth quarter and only trails Colorado State running back Kapri Bibbs for most in the country. His 21-yard scamper down the sideline and over the pylon with 1:36 remaining in the game sealed the deal for the Midshipmen, who are coming off of a hard-fought defeat to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in South Bend last weekend.
The Midshipmen close out their home schedule against South Alabama next Saturday at 3:30 p.m. The blue and gold are now 5-4 and end their season on the road at San Jose State on Nov. 22 and against Army on Dec. 14 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
