brThe Blue Angels, the graceful group of six blue and gold F/A-18 Hornets will practice over the Severn River Tuesday, May 24th 11 a.m.–1 p.m. with a circle and arrival and a rehearsal at 2 p.m. Their full performance will take place on Wednesday, May 25th at 2 p.m. The squadron will then perform their annual Naval Academy Graduation flyover at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium on Friday, May 27th at 10 a.m. View the full Commissioning Week schedule here.

Treasure the Chesapeake

The Chesapeake Bay Trust will host its 18th Annual Treasure the Chesapeake Celebration at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. An evening of delicious food, an open bar, live music, casino games, a silent auction, and beautiful views of the Bay. Last year's celebration raised more than $91,000 for environmental education and restoration in the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

Join the Chesapeake Bay Foundation in cleaning the "homes" of the next generation of Chesapeake Bay oysters! Help restore the Chesapeake's native oyster population by cleaning oyster shells (called "shell shaking") by shaking off the dirt and debris so baby oysters can successfully grow on them.
