There are few things in life as good as grilled bread or salty proscuitto. Luckily, we’ve combined the two. A little garlicky bread topped with salty, savory proscuitto and creamy mozzarella is like a taste of paradise.
Ingredients
6 slices of sourdough ead, sliced about ¼ to ½ inch thick
6 slices proscuitto, chopped
1 ball of fresh mozzarella, chopped
Olive oil
Directions
Heat a grill over medium heat. Drizzle the ead slices with olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes until they are owned. Flip and cook on the other side for 3 minutes then remove to a tray. Combine chopped proscuitto and mozzarella in a bowl. Place some of the mixture on top of the ead then return to the grill for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
