Ingredients
r
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 cup dark lager beer
2 pounds sirloin steak
r
Directions
r
Combine the first seven ingredients in a medium bowl, and then mix in the beer. Pour the marinade into a resealable bag or plastic storage container. Add the steaks and place in the fridge to marinate for one day, shaking the bag or container occasionally to cover the steaks with liquid.
r
Preheat your grill. Remove the steaks from marinade, pat dry, and discard the additional marinade. Cook for five to seven minutes on each side, depending on how you like your steaks cooked. Transfer to platter and let the meat rest for five minutes.
r
Slice the steaks against the grain. Arrange the slices on a clean platter and spoon any accumulated juices over the meat; serve.
