Cinnamon is an interesting flavor. It’s sweet with a great note of spice and warmth. Perfect for mixing into ice cream! This no-churn version is low on maintenance and big on taste.
Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Place the sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and stir in vanilla and cinnamon until fully mixed. Pour the cream into the bowl of a mixer fitted with a whip attachment. Whip on high until stiff, about 2 to 3 minutes. Once stiff, use a spatula and fold the cream into the sweetened condensed milk. Place the entire mixture into a metal loaf pan and place in the freezer until solid, about 3 hours.
Makes about 6 cups of ice cream
