4 ears fresh corn
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

Preheat and prepare your grill, and remove the husks and silk from the corn. Combine the garlic and butter into a small bowl. Grill the corn until it's lightly charred, about 15 to 20 minutes, and then ush the garlic butter over the corn. Sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese and cilantro.
