These little pops really make goat cheese the star. They’re perfect for an appetizer, easy to grab and go. The pecans give a great crunch to the creamy goat cheese, decadent in its own right.
Ingredients
2 ounces goat cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
2 lollipop sticks
Directions
Take the goat cheese and roll it into a ball. Stick the lollipop stick into the ball. Roll the ball in pecans to coat. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Serves 2. *Note, this recipe is incredibly easy to double or triple. But only prepare as much as you will need.
