Summer may be winding down but that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. Having a tasty cocktail is a year-round event and gives everyone a reason to celebrate, no matter what the occasion may be. We love fruit cocktails, since they give the illusion of the tropics year round. It’s totally ok to use frozen fruit here, since it is typically picked and frozen at the peak of ripeness. And the flavors are unreal. Take this pineapple margarita for example. It it made like a typical margarita but uses pineapple juice and some tasty chunks of pineapple to give drinkers a real treat. br
