Everyone has a go-to cheese right? If I want a cheesy snack, I am grabbing a ripe tomato and a ball of mozzarella. Turns out, mozzarella is one of the healthiest cheeses for you! - Mozzarella is very high in protein, which fuels your body and gives it the energy it needs for cell growth and repair.
