Annapolis Science Cafe at 49 West: Food Safety and Health - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly! by Rohan Tikekar, Ph.D., Associate Professor & Extension Specialist, Department of Nutrition and Food Science, Univ. of MD, College Park.

Rohan will present ongoing research in his laboratory on food safety and sustainability. He will also address topics of general interest such as shelf-life of foods, organic vs. conventional food, seafood safety, and useful and reliable tools for food safety.
