Successful photographer and long-time DPCA member, Anne Weathersby, will be sharing her experiences, lessons, and journey of participating in many exhibits, including how much exhibiting her work has helped her grow as a photographer and an individual.
The Digital Photography Club of Annapolis (DPCA) invites you to learn more about the internal process a photographer might experience when considering to exhibit his or work work.
"What will people think?”
"I don’t have the time.”
“What if I'm not as good as I think I am?”
"Exhibiting work is for real photographers.”
“What if I only embarrass myself?”
If you have a pulse, some of these thoughts probably have crossed your mind at least once during your photography journey. As exciting as it can be, exhibiting your work sometimes comes with a handful of mental obstacles that ultimately only hold back our growth. Successful photographer and long-time DPCA member, Anne Weathersby, will be sharing her experiences, lessons, and journey of participating in many exhibits, including how much exhibiting her work has helped her grow as a photographer and an individual. The timing is perfect to learn from someone who has gone before—there are two DPCA exhibits currently being planned, the first opening in January 2020.
