✨ Do Art : Collage with Martha Mihaly Black ✨

Join us for a hands-on Do Art session where creativity takes center stage! Participants will create a large collage, then “harvest” smaller compositions to top a small wood box or set of coasters. Then they will use acrylic paint to add color to their piece, along with a coat of finish medium. Feel free to bring your own magazine clips, tissue, or other collage material, but not necessary. All supplies are provided. All ages are welcome. No experience needed.

Want to keep creating at home? Instructions will be provided for purchasing extra boxes or coasters to use with any leftover collage harvests. Come make art, explore collage, and leave with something truly unique!

🎨 About the Artist:

Martha Mihaly Black is a self-taught mixed media artist working in collage, altered art, small bookmaking, assemblage, and other 2D and 3D forms. Her work often incorporates family imagery and, more recently, religious images and iconography. Martha enjoys teaching throughout Annapolis and the Eastern Shore.
