What is a “Bash for our Besties”? It is the YWCA's main fundraising initiative where we raise over $250,000 to ensure nobody is ever forced to return to an abusive home. These funds are critical to support our staffing, housing options, training programs, client legal representation, counseling and more. We work to keep this as simple as possible. No costumes, babysitters, expensive ball gowns or unplanned auction purchases! Just a one-time gift that is directed 100% to empowering our clients. As a special acknowledgement of the individuals, companies, foundations and other friends who support the YWCA, we host a fabulous outdoor gathering at Charles Carroll House, overlooking Spa Creek called Bash for our Besties. Your tickets will be emailed to you as part of your sponsorship and there is nothing else needed when you arrive at the Bash, other than to relax and have a great time with friends!
