Brilliant Baltimore

The Baltimore Office of Promotion & the Arts is bringing together two of its marquee events: Baltimore Book Festival and Light City. Enjoy a free celebration of art, lights, literature, music, and innovation during Brilliant Baltimore. The Baltimore Book Festival will feature author appearances, book signings, exhibitor and bookseller tents, readings, children’s activities, and cooking demonstrations. After dark, Light City will shine with 20 spectacular light-art installations by artists from the around the world, performances and live-music, a fun-filled family zone, and Neighborhood Lights—a partnership with the Enoch Pratt Free Library featuring nightly activities at eight library branches throughout the city.
