The Crucible by Arthur Miller
Since its premiere in 1953, Arthur Miller's The Crucible has been a hallmark of American theatre. This terrifying tale of blame, deceit, and a community torn apart by the Salem Witchcraft Trials resonates powerfully in our deeply divided and divisive society. The students of St. Mary's High School Theatre in Annapolis are proud to present a memorable new production of the chilling American classic. Shows are November 17 at 7:00pm, November 18 and 19 at 8:00pm, and November 20 at 2:00pm. Tickets are $15 adults, $10 students and can be purchased online or at the door. For more info or to purchase tickets for The Crucible, visit www.stmarysannapolis.org/TheCrucible.
(NOTE: The Crucible addresses many serious themes, including violence, sexuality, hysteria, and sin. It is recommended for students in middle-school grades and older with parental guidance.)
