DoArt Collage with Coasters and Boxes Workshop
Davidsonville Family Recreation Center 3789 Queen Anne Bridge Rd, Davidsonville, Maryland 21035
Muddy Creek Artist Guild
DoArt Graphic
Come to our next Muddy Creek Artists Guild DoART event led by artist Martha Mihaly Black and make a collage on either a small box or set of coasters.
The workshop is Sunday Feb 1 2026 from 1-330pm at the Davidsonville Family Recreation Center, 3879 Queen Anne Bridge Rd., Davidsonville (in the white building on the right as you enter).
Students will "harvest" one or more small collages from a larger collage to create an artistic top for the box or coasters. Then they will use acrylic paint to add color to their piece, along with a coat of finish medium.
No prior art experience is necessary. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced maker, you’re sure to tap into your creative energy with this activity. Come alone or sign up with a friend (or two!) for an art-full afternoon with Martha.
Cost is $35 per person. All supplies needed for the workshop are provided in the cost of your registration. Extra supplies may be purchased to take home. Register using the link provided on the Muddy Creek Artist Guild Website.
