Finding Joy Retreat Series - Fr. Michael Rubeling's Pilgrimage to India
St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church is pleased to offer a new monthly Finding Joy Retreat Series, an ongoing series of Catholic-based experiences. Our first program, entitled Fr. Michael’s Pilgrimage to India, will be a discussion with Fr. Michael and the other pilgrims where they will share, pray and reflect on their pilgrimage to Calcutta, India. The pilgrims will share stories of their experiences of serving the poor with Mother Teresa’s sisters. There will also be time for prayerful reflection about how you can serve right here in Severna Park.
There are two opportunities to attend this event:
Saturday, Sept. 14 (9:30—11:30a.m.) or
Monday, Sept. 16 (7—9p.m.).
Both sessions will be in the Parish Activities Center at St. John the Evangelist. The Saturday morning session will include a sparse Calcutta breakfast!
