Enjoy a four course tasting dinner under the stars with your closet friends or loved ones. Chef Lettie from Leave Dinner to Lettie personal chef services has put together a menu highlighting some of her favorite summer dishes, while adding hints of fall to the menu. The unique dinner experience will be enjoyed on the water in a relaxed atmosphere.
You have the option to add a beer or wine pairing to the meal. Cash bar will also be available.

First course
Marinated heirloom tomato salad with burrata and fry bread
Second course
Seared lemon salmon with caramelized onions dijon cream, crispy couscous, and caper berries
Third course
Smoked pork belly with bacon braised kale, caramelized acorn squash, candied jalapeno,
and beurre noisette
Fourth course
Lemmon chiffon custard with lavender cream and brown butter spritz cookies
