Bring your favorite boils and ghouls to The Capital Wheel Sunday, October 27 from noon to 4 p.m. for Harbor Halloween! When the kiddos dress up in their best costumes they ride free with a paid adult. Plus stroll over to the Carousel for a spinning good time ride for just $5 then get your face painted for free!

*Face painter at Carousel noon-4 p.m. no charge with Carousel ticket. Capital Wheel free child ticket when in costume, Halloween themed t-shirt does not apply. 1 child:1 paid adult 10/27 only
