Healing Meditation for Greater Clarity Workshop
In this class, we'll be joined by guest practitioner Lourdes Billingsley to explore the basic principles of personal alignment.We will practice being grounded in ourselves and aligned with our own spiritual energy. We will also explore how our nervous system is a gateway to connecting with our healing life force energy. During your meditation practice, a 45-minute dry salt therapy in the Salt Barn will be included.
