Join Alexa Bedingfield, cat lover, yoga teacher, and Lift Yoga + Strength founder, for a special 60-minute yoga class with adoptable kittens and cats from the Feline Rescue Association at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. In this yoga class – suitable for all skill levels -- you will practice vinyasa yoga flow alongside adoptable felines.
There will be plenty of cat poses to go around, along with seated and reclined postures, so you have the opportunity to make a new feline furriend during your practice.
Event proceeds will be donated to the Feline Rescue Association. There will be an opportunity to meet-and-greet or adopt the cats following the class. Participants will also receive one free "meow-mosa".
