Imagine the sounds of the classics with a hip hop beat! Don’t miss this special program when the BSO joins with Grammy®-nominated beatboxer and progressive hip-hop artist Christylez Bacon and wildly original electric cellist/composer Wytold for a crash course in the fundamentals of remixing! Through beatboxing, improvising, and other creative techniques, these area favorites take inspiration from a Bach Prelude, Pachelbel’s Canon, Beethoven’s Seventh Symphony and other masterpieces and make them completely their own.
