Miss Nature Girl Pageant

The National Outdoor Show hosts a pageant of a different sort on Jan. 25, during the Nature Girl Pageant. That's right, it's all about the menfolk taking on a beauty pageant complete with evening gowns and beach wear. All in good fun. Doors open at 7pm; event starts at 7:30pm. At the Moose Lodge in Cambridge, MD. Admission to the event costs $8 for adults and $4 for children. Contestants can sign up through Jan. 23. Must be at least 18 years old. Limited to 12 contestants. The winner has the option to make an appearance as Miss Nature Girl at the National Outdoor Show, Feb. 28. Each contestant is required to wear an event gown as well as beach wear.
