Highlights from the evening’s decadent menu:

• Summer Tomato & Goat Cheese Salad — fresh, bright, and a little bit fancy (just like you)

• Almond-Crusted Jumbo Lobster Tail — buttery, crisp perfection

• 8oz Center-Cut Filet topped with Colossal Crabmeat — paired with roasted asparagus and a glorious three-cheese potato stack

• Coconut Pineapple Cake — finished with tangy passion fruit purée and a caramel sugar tuile, because one dessert layer just isn’t enough

Each course paired with a Moët & Chandon Champagne that brings the whole thing to life, one bubble at a time. Plus a Chandon spritz welcome drink.
