Dr. Gwen MacGregor will present an interactive workshop on past life regression. Through guided meditation and hypnotic techniques, Dr. Gwen will gently walk participants through adventures of lives past. Come prepared with a cozy mat and blanket/pillow because your comfort is important in the process of calming down and embracing total peace.
Please dress comfortably and eat lightly before coming. Do not drink caffeinated or alcoholic beverages beforehand. We will finish the evening with a tarot spread.
