Introductory Workshop provides an overview of the Peace Nouvella™ educational program. The complete course of study includes: The Peace Nouvella Players™ training to become part of a performing arts ensemble, the Inner Peace Treaty™ journaling project and Peace Pulse™ meditative inner peacebuilding practice. Performers of all ages are eligible to join our diverse troupe of visual artists, writers, poets, storytellers, musicians, dancers, filmmakers and theater performers. This training is also for directors, stage managers and crew as part of a creative support team. Our programs are designed to produce innovative productions that serve the greater community and provide leadership in the use of the creative arts for healing. This includes encouraging others to recognize the role artists play in finding creative solutions for the challenges we face individually, in our communities and globally in our rapidly changing times.
This introductory workshop will take place at The Creative and Performing Arts of South County. 3259 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD 21037.
