Peruvian Independence Day Dinner

Chef Martha Quespe is the Executive Chef of Caliente Grill in Annapolis, Maryland. A native of Cuzco, Peru, Martha has years of experience in preparing gourmet Peruvian cuisine. Chef Quespe is a member of PACHA - Peruvian American Chef Association, and was recognized for participating in the celebration of the Bicentennial of Peru at the Maryland State House. She brought her talents to Caliente Grill in 2016. She's excited to present an evening of Peruvian specialties to celebrate Peruvian Independence Day on July 28.
