A Sound Healing and Cacao Ceremony is a deeply transformative and sacred gathering that intertwines ancient traditions and healing practices to foster connection, release, and renewal.

The ceremony begins with the Cacao Ritual*. Participants gather in a circle, each receiving a warm cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, an ancient plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties. As the rich, earthy aroma fills the space, the facilitator leads a meditation to set intentions, inviting everyone to connect with the spirit of cacao. The cacao is slowly sipped, awakening the heart and deepening the connection to self, others, and the divine.

Next, the ceremony flows into Sound Healing**. Participants lie down or sit comfortably, allowing the vibrations from a variety of instruments—such as crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes—to wash over them. These sound frequencies are designed to balance the body’s energy, calm the mind, and induce a deep meditative state. The sound waves resonate with the cacao, amplifying its heart-healing effects and allowing participants to journey inward.

The ceremony closes with a moment of collective silence and gratitude, allowing the energies of the Sound Healing and Cacao to integrate. Participants are invited to share any experiences they may have had during the evening.

**Wear comfortable clothes. If you wish to lie on the floor, bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket.
