Cacao Ceremony with Pegasus and Kimberley

Ceremonial cacao is more than a beverage; it's a tool for inner exploration. It is believed to open the heart and allow deep emotional release and connection. Many people use it as a means to connect with their inner selves and gain insight into their lives.

Pegasus Flame and Kimberley Lutz Madden will lead us through various meditations, communication exercises, free dance, and a relaxing sound bath. Come and play with a gentle, energizing, lovey brew made by Pegasus. It will leave you feeling fresh, joyous, and ready to create a bright future.

What to bring: yoga mat, one or two cushions, a blanket or sweater, a journal and pen, comfy clothes (white, red, purple or brown) you can move in, a bottle of water, any small item you want to charge with good energy on the altar, a snack to share (simple vegan food is preferred--fruits, nuts, etc).

Please register in advance so we know how much cacao to prepare. If you have any pre-existing heart conditions, please consult your doctor. Places are limited, so register soon.
