Come join the once in forever experience - Tutu Tuesday on Inner West Street in Annapolis. Local restaurants and shops including Gallery 57 West are sponsoring a tutu contest to the sounds of Annapolis' own Naptown Brass Band. Time is 5:30-9:00 pm. Come in a tutu and you could win a contest prize for the following:
Most outrageous tutu; best dancer in a tutu; most beautifultutu; best tutu couple; best tutu family; best longest tutu; best shortest tutu; best tutu dressed pet.
