Have Fun, boost company moral, entertain present and potential clients, and build your company's image through media coverage while enjoying a day on the golf course and supporting the latest technological needs - Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).

RPM uses technology to allow the collection of patient data from a patient while he or she is in a home setting. The system enables our Population Health team to measure and monitor the patient’s major health status indicators -- heart rate, oxygen saturation and weight, among others. In cases of high blood pressure or weight- gain, the nurse contacts the patient and if appropriate, the provider to adjust the treatment plan. This is especially important in our rural setting where UM Shore Regional Health provides care for residents in 5 counties-Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot – totaling over 2,000 square miles.
