The wall is one of the best props to use in your yoga practice. It provides support and resistance to help align the spine, pelvis and shoulders. It gives immediate feedback to increase awareness and nurture opening. It assists balance, helping beginners and those with injuries and functional instability. It teaches intermediate students to work with resistance for more effective strength training, engagement and stretching.
