Saturday Events
Visit the William Paca House and Garden and find the house full of excitement and conversation as the Pacas and their friends, portrayed by the Annapolis Living Historians, welcome you to the year 1770. You'll hear the latest town gossip, all about the upcoming balls, and talk of politics as tensions rise throughout the town. In the kitchen, you'll find the enslaved cook along with an indentured servant preparing for the festivities of the house.
At Hogshead, the colonial tradespeople of Annapolis will be hard at work and sharing their skills at carpentry, baking, spinning, printing, and more. You can even help sew a replica of the John Shaw Flag, the first peacetime flag for the new United States!
Cost: Entry to each site is $1 per person

Please note: The William Paca House and Garden will open at 12 pm on Saturday, March 20.
Sunday Events
Take a half-hour guided tour of the William Paca House for a special price of just $1. Your docent will lead you on a journey through the first floor of the patriot's home, including a visit to the historic kitchen. Following your tour, explore Mr. Paca’s 2-acre pleasure garden as things are just starting to bud and bloom.
Then, stroll on down to Hogshead for more hands-on living history. You'll experience a spinning wheel demonstration, and a sailor will be showing you knotting techniques and instruments used to navigate the world in the 18th century.

Time: 12 pm - 4 pm
As a bonus on Sunday, visit the Governor Calvert House on State Circle where a costumed interpreter will show you the hypocaust beneath this historic building's lobby. This interpretation will be free and open to the public.
