Let's start with the drinks—after all, that's what we're here for, isn't it? The restaurant, located in the Annapolis Towne Centre, offers $1 off all GB signature lagers or ales, $2 off all wines by the glass, and $5 cocktails.
The current seasonal offering at GB is the Winterbock, which was tapped on Nov. 16. According to the website, the beer is "WinterBock is a full-bodied, yet refreshingly smooth, deep mahogany-hued lager." There are plenty of cocktails, too, and next time I go, I'm definitely trying out the Firefly Tea or the Geisha Martini (Sake-Infused Vodka, SOHO Lychee Liqueur with fresh cucumber and fresh squeezed lemonade).
Gordon Biersch also has a discounted Happy Hour menu—choose from the $5, $7, or $11 options. $5 choices include Southwest Egg Rolls and mini pizzas, $7 options include Calamari and Crab & Artichoke Dip (YUM!), while $11 will get you the choice of three combos: Southwestern, Asian, or Sliders.
Happy runs from 4-7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 p.m.-close Sunday through Thursday in the bar area of the restaurant only.
